All bookings is a mandatory cleaning fee of $75 and a security deposit of $150 for possible damages and overtime. Anything passed your original booking time must be prearranged and approved by owners and is subject to a prepaid $2 a min on weekdays and $5 a min weekend fee. All booking requires a non refundable PRE-PAID 50% deposit. TOTAL DUE IS $675
